SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of the purchase. Orders usually take 7-10 business days to be delivered once they are shipped out in North America. Items shipped outside of North America can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to deliver.
 

We have a flat shipping rate of $5 per order for North American orders. 

 

If you do not receive your package in the mail within 2 weeks in North America or within 4 weeks internationally, please e-mail info@balldontstop.com and we will verify if the package was delivered correctly from our end. 

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

      Exchange Policy: 
 

**We do not cover shipping fees for products that aren’t damaged or shipped incorrectly. **
 

To make an exchange please do the following:
 

  • Email us with the subject title of the email stating “Exchange”

  • Provide us with your Name, Order Number and Phone Number.

  • Reason for exchange

  • Briefly tell us the item you want to exchange and what you want in its place.

  • Once email is sent expect a reply within 48-Hrs with further directions.


    Return Policy: 
     

  •  Refunds can only be requested within 3 days of receiving purchased items. 
     

  • **Shipping cost and taxes will not be refunded **

  • To make a Return please do the following:

  • Send an email Titled "Return" to info@balldontstop.com

  • Please include Name, Order Number and Phone Number

  • Once email is sent expect a reply within 24-Hrs with further directions
     

  • Returns must be unworn and in new condition. 

  • Items must be in new condition (free of human and pet hair)

  • Items cannot be washed or dried
    * Upon inspection any item received under these conditions may result in your return/exchange being denied*
