24/7-365. Basketball Lives Here.
We’re just two games into the 2016-17 NBA season and it’s easy to tell that Kawhi Leonard has taken his game to another level this past offseason. The guy who was said to be doing 3-a-days last summer, took his training to another level this year when he started working with Kobe Bryant.
A night removed from scoring 34 points to go with 5 steals in a blowout win over the Warriors, Leonard went off for 30 points and 5 steals in a win over the Kings. He had quite the duel with big man DeMarcus Cousins who finished the game with 37 points and 16 rebounds. After the game, Boogie said that he saw flashes of Kobe Bryant in Kawhi.
