VIDEO: Kobe Bryant Scores 32,000th Career Point

Kobe Bryant reached a major milestone on Tuesday night scoring his 32,000th career point. Bryant’s 32,000th career point came in crunch time against the Atlanta Hawks on a signature fadeaway jumper over guard Thabo Sefolosha. Bryant made the shot and was fouled on the play as well. The crowd in Atlanta was buzzing as the Black Mamba became just the fourth player in NBA history to reach the 32,000 career points, he is also the youngest to achieve the feat.

Hawks fans knew they had just witnessed history, everyone in the building was standing, chants of “Kooobe” and “MVP!” filled the arena. The Lakers went onto win the game 114-109.

Bryant is now 291 points away from passing Michael Jordan for 3rd all-time in scoring.

Congrats Kobe!
