#TheGrind – Satnam Singh | From Punjab to the NBA

In episode three of #TheGrind we begin following Satnam Singh, the first Indian ever drafted to the NBA on his journey.

In his debut episode on Ball Don’t Stop, Satnam works out with us at Vancity Strength, British Columbia’s leading strength & conditioning training centre. The Punjab native went through an intense lower body session, focused on explosive power and quickness, two things the 7-footer will have to put an emphasis on going forward in his career.

Satnam also had a cool moment with Clippers guard Jamal Crawford and was honored the night before this workout in our historic Battle At The Border event in Vancouver, BC.

This is one of the hardest working pro’s we have been around and now we will be bringing you a career-long series highlighting his work ethic, story and grind to not only get to the NBA, but make an impact at that level which will surely take the game in his home country of India to new heights.
