Warriors head coach Steve Kerr now has the pleasure of coaching Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry, the two guys that have won the last three league MVP awards. However, Kerr isn’t picking Curry to repeat or Durant to reclaim the award.
The third year coach predicts that Blazers guard Damian Lillard will be the 2017 NBA MVP. Kerr knows better than anyone how good Damian can be. Fresh off his 2016 All-Star snub, Lillard went off for 51 points, 7 assists and 6 steals to lead the Blazers to a 32-point win over his Warriors.
