Shaquille O’Neal’s latest podcast had everyone that was listening glued. His former nemesis Dwight Howard was a guest on the show, Shaq weighed in on Tim Duncan’s legacy and made a controversial statement about power forwards not being big men and he also revealed that he could be taking on Big Show at WrestleMania 33 in Orlando, Florida next year.
One of the most interesting takes from this podcast was Shaq naming his top
five six players of all-time. The soon-to-be Hall of Famer believes that the perimeter players have the toughest job on the court and should be considered for the top five of all-time. The four-time champion named his top six of all-time, starting with Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, Allen Iverson, Kobe Bryant and LeBron James. Via The Big Podcast:
“I’m still with the top five being all small guys. Gotta go Jordan, gotta go Magic, gotta go Dr.J, gotta go A.I., gotta go Kobe, gotta go LeBron”
Last year we asked Allen Iverson to name the top five of his era and he was quick to name himself, Kobe, LeBron, Tim Duncan and Shaq.
