Rudy Gay Signs Two-Year Deal With Spurs

The Spurs made a good pickup today by signing forward Rudy Gay to a two-year, $17 million deal. The veteran forward leaves the Kings for the Spurs to put himself in a position to compete for an NBA Championship. Gay averaged 18.7 points and 6.3 rebounds per game for the Kings this past season, however, he suffered a knee injury in January and was sidelined for the remainder of the season. The Spurs will now have a second shot creator to compliment Kawhi Leonard.
