NBA Announces Christmas Day Schedule

UPDATE: The NBA officially announced the schedule for the 2015-16 season on Wednesday and all of the matchups from the report below plus one more has been set for Christmas Day. The Spurs will take on the Rockets in a battle of Texas. Check out the full schedule for Christmas Day. Via :

New Orleans Pelicans at Miami Heat, Noon ET, ESPN

Chicago Bulls at Oklahoma City Thunder, 2:30 ET, ABC

Cleveland Cavaliers at Golden State Warriors, 5 ET, ABC

San Antonio Spurs at Houston Rockets, 8 ET, ESPN

Los Angeles Clippers at Los Angeles Lakers, 10:30 ET, ESPN

The NBA is set to announce the full 2015-16 season schedule on Wednesday at 3 pm but some of the big games have been reporter throughout the past week.

Christmas Day, one of the most popular days of the season is shaping up to be a good one this year. We learned earlier today that for the first time in six years the New York Knicks will not be playing on Christmas.

The Warriors are reportedly set to host the Cavs in an NBA Finals rematch while the Lakers and Clippers will square off in the battle of LA. The Bulls are going to be spending Christmas in Oklahoma City as they are set to take on the Thunder while the Heat are scheduled to host Anthony Davis’s Pelicans.
