NBA Players React To Super Bowl Finish

The Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots Super Bowl XLIX matchup was an instant classic. The Patriots prevailed to win their fourth Super Bowl in 14 years. Tom Brady was named MVP of the big game for the third time in his career, many feel that Brady has cemented his legacy as the greatest quarterback in NFL history.

In what will go down as one of the worst play calls in NFL history, the Seahawks, down four points on 2nd and goal, decided to not go to the best RB in the league in Marshawn Lynch, and instead pass the ball.

The whole world was expecting Lynch to seal the deal for the Seahawks and propel them to a repeat, however, Russell Wilson’s pass was intercepted by Patriots rookie Malcom Butler.

A shocker to say the least. What a heartbreaking loss for the Seahawks and their fans. This one will be talked about for years and years, and you know this will be a tough off season for the entire Seahawks roster. Three plays to gain one yard and repeat as the champs, that’s all it was.

Congrats to Tom Brady and the New England Patriots on a gutsy victory.
