In his first game against the Knicks since Phil Jackson’s “posse” comments, LeBron James was dominant. The soon-to-be 32-year-old was clearly playing with some rage as he went off for 17 points in the first half, which included a thunderous Statue of Liberty dunk, followed by a death stare to the New York crowd.
James finished the game with 25 points and 7 assists through three quarters, while Kyrie Irving added 28 points and 6 assists of his own. The two stars went onto play the water bottle flip challenge during the game. The Cavs blew the Knicks out 126-94.
