Something clicked in Kobe Bryant’s legs on Tuesday and it led to him turning in his best performance of his final season in the NBA. The 37-year-old went off for a season-high 38 points on seven 3-pointers, 5 assists and 5 rebounds in just 33 minutes of action, leading the Lakers to a 119-115 over the T’Wolves.
This was Bryant’s final game against Kevin Garnett, Andrew Wiggins and Wolves coach Sam Mitchell, the same man that had 81 points scored on him by Kobe ten years ago.
The Mamba also became the oldest player to have 35 points, 5 assists and 5 rebounds in a game since Karl Malone back in 2003. The Lakers also snapped a 10-game losing streak.
