Klay Thomspon Drops Record 37 Points In Quarter

Klay Thompson had the game of his life in a 126-101 win over the Kings on Friday night. The Warriors sharpshooter went off for an NBA record 37 points in the third quarter creating one the most electric atmospheres we have ever seen in NBA arena. The previous record for points in a quarter was 33 points which was shared by Carmelo Anthony and George Gervin.

Thompson had the Oracle Arena buzzing near the end of the third with his incredible shooting performance. What an amazing performance. Thompson ended the third the quarter with 50 points on the night and eventually finished the game with 52.
