Kevin Durant: ‘I Think It’s Bull**it How The NBA Throws The Refs Under The Bus’

In what has already gone down as Christmas day thriller, the Warriors blew a 14-point fourth quarter lead in a heartbreaking loss to the Cavs. Statistically, Kevin Durant was the best player in that game, positing 36 points and 15 rebounds. However, some questionable calls in the fourth quarter may have cost the Warriors a victory in their NBA Finals rematch.

The NBA has released the Last Two Minutes reports from that game and have stated the LeBron James should have been given a technical foul for hanging on the rim after his dunk at the 1:44 mark of the fourth quarter. The call that had everyone talking though was the final possession of the game in which Richard Jefferson bumped Durant to the floor. The NBA stated that Jeffersons should have received a personal foul on that play.

However, Durant was not a fan of these reports. The 2014 MVP went off on the NBA for “throwing the refs under the bus” for a loss that KD says the Warriors took full credit for. Check it out above.
