Dwyane Wade Returns to Miami, Receives Amazing Ovation and Video Tribute


    The heart of the Miami Heat franchise, Dwyane Wade, made an emotional return to the city where his legend started as a member of the Chicago Bulls. Check out the epic ovation the legendary guard received when his name was announced at the American Airlines Arena on Thursday.

    The man who brought three NBA Championships to Miami also received a heartwarming tribute, followed by an epic ovation.

    Selected No.5 overall in the 2003 Draft, Wade went onto play 13 seasons for the Heat. The Chicago native led the Heat to the 2006 NBA Championship and won the Finals MVP. Wade went onto win two more championships alongside LeBron James in 2012 and 2013. Wade was an All-Star 12 out of 13 times in his Heat career, he was the All-Star MVP in 2010, a scoring champion and a nine-time All-NBA selection. Simply put, Wade gave this franchise his all and accomplished it all.
