Dwight Howard Traded To Hornets For Miles Plumlee


Dwight Howard is off to his third team in three years as he has been traded to the Hornets for Marco Belinelli and Miles Plumlee. The former All-Star and DPOY averaged 13.5 points and 12.7 rebounds per game for his hometown Hawks last season. Via ESPN:

Charlotte is sending Miles Plumlee, Marco Belinelli and the 41st pick in Thursday’s NBA draft to Atlanta for Howard and the 31st pick, the source said.

Howard signed a three-year, $70.5 million deal with his hometown Hawks last July. He averaged 13.5 points and 12.7 rebounds per game in his lone season in Atlanta.
