Derrick Rose’s 30 Points, 7 assists Lead Bulls Past Cavs

Derrick Rose looked like the Derrick Rose of 2010/11 on Thursday night. The former MVP went at LeBron and the Cavs scoring 30 points, dishing out 7 assists and grabbing 4 rebounds to lead the Bulls to a 113-98 win.

It was vintage D-Rose in this one, blowing past his defenders and the helpside, splitting screens, throwing down dunks, getting in the lane and dishing out or finishing acrobatic layups.

Rose played a game-high 40 minutes and was 12-24 from the field. He heads into the All-Star break on a good note, if he gets back in this form on a consistent basis the Eastern Conference needs to watch out, because this team isn’t shorthanded like it was back in 2011 anymore. When D.Rose is playing his game, this team is very hard to beat.
