Darko Milicic Retires, Will Become a Kickboxer

At the age of just 29, former no.2 overall draft pick Darko Milicic has decided to call it a career.  Milicic last played for the Celtics in 2012, the Serbian center was drafted ahead of Carmelo Anthony, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh in the 2003 NBA Draft. He ended up playing for six NBA teams in his career, averaging 6.0 points and 4.2 rebounds per game in 468 games.

The big man will be signing a contract to become a kickboxer back home in Serbia.
