The Lakers-Kings game last night was a roller coaster ride. This game saw Kobe Bryant score his 33,000th career point in what was his final game against his long-time rivals. It also saw a young Lakers squad who was down by make a furious 46-8 run in the fourth quarter to nearly beat the Kings.
Lakers rookie D’Angelo Russell led the comeback as he dropped a career-high 27 points, which included several clutch plays. Russell came down on his ankle late in the fourth quarter but returned to the game which featured a thrilling finish. After the game the confident 19-year-old let the world know that he’s just getting started.
