Knicks forward Cleanthony Early was shot and robbed following the Knicks win over the Pistons on Tuesday night. The 24-year-old only played 29 seconds in the game and decided to go to a strip club in Queens, which is where the incident took place.
Early was riding in an Uber when three vehicles boxed the car in, and a man in a ski-mask held him at gunpoint and demanded that he hand him everything he has. After taking Early’s wallet, cash, grills and two gold chains, they shot him in the right knee and drove off.

A half-dozen bandits, in a synchronized Queens attack, robbed the second-year player of his iPhone, two gold chains — and even the gold caps right off his teeth, police sources said.
Early, 24, was targeted shortly after leaving the CityScapes gentlemen’s club with girlfriend Iliani Douge around 4:15 a.m., sources told the Daily News.
The couple was taking an Uber cab home hours after the Knicks beat the Pistons in Madison Square Garden when three cars surrounded the vehicle at a red light, security video showed.
The Uber zipped off as the suspects exited their cars. The attackers then continued the pursuit, boxing the cab in at the next intersection and descending on the couple.
One of the robbers blasted Early in the right kneecap — the same one that required arthroscopic surgery last season — before the attackers fled into the darkness.
The Knicks released a statement saying they were aware of the shooting and “relieved that he is not in a life-threatening situation.”
Early played about 30 seconds Tuesday in the Knicks 108-96 victory at Madison Square Garden over the Detroit Pistons.
He is the second Knicks player targeted in the past month. Teammate Derrick Williams was partying with two women before more than $600,000 worth of jewelry disappeared from his apartment.
New York rap mogul and Queens native 50 cent took to Instagram to let the world know that he’s going to try and get Early’s stolen items back.
