Bobby Brown Makes NBA Comeback With Houston Rockets

Bobby last played in the NBA from 2008-2010 for the Kings, Clippers, T-Wolves and Clippers. This summer we kicked off our #Grind series with the scoring guard who spent the last six years lighting it up in gyms overseas. The 31-year-old is one of the best guards to ever come out of Los Angeles and has made fans all over the world through via his insane scoring touch. Brown once scored 74 points in the CBA. Dude even had a 64 point and 10 assist game out there. Over the years many NBA players from the LA-area have wondered how Brown wasn’t in the league. Well, they don’t have to wonder anymore.

After turning in some solid performances in the preseason, Brown has earned himself a spot on the Rockets. The Rockets need a scoring punch in the backcourt, and Brown can provide that as good as any reserve PG in the league. The former Cal-State Fullerton guard finds himself in a beautiful situation, playing under Mike D’Antoni, a coach who has a playing style that suits his game perfectly and alongside his best friends Trevor Ariza and James Harden. This summer we had workouts with the guard as he prepared for training camp with the Rockets and we can confirm that he is in the best shape of his career/more focused than ever as a player and person.
